Half day tour that includes: transportation, bilingual Tour Guide, lunch, National Park entrance fee, the fumaroles, small crater, river and trails.

This is a hiking tour at the foothills of Rincon de la Vieja Volcano where you get in touch with the earth walking while surrounded by a transitional dry forest, watching different bird species and mammals. During the hiking you are able to see many different types of trees, some small water streams, rocks and experience the sulfur smell of the fumaroles,. You will have an outstanding view of the volcano when you get out of the forest. Not far away you will get to the last attraction of this tour, a small active crater with white lava.

Departure Time: 8: am and return by 2: pm in the afternoon.
